3. Consultation & Design

Before confirming an event, we may discuss your preferred theme, colours, venue, budget, event date and decoration requirements.

Design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes or layouts may be provided where applicable. Final designs may be adjusted according to venue limitations, material availability and budget.

4. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the client receives confirmation from J.B.S Wedding Decor and completes the required booking payment or deposit.

A quotation, consultation or preliminary discussion does not automatically guarantee availability of the requested date.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on the services, materials, design requirements, venue, event date and other details discussed with the client.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional decoration
• Changes to an approved design
• Additional flowers or materials
• Changes in venue
• Extended working hours
• Additional events or functions

6. Changes to the Booking

Clients may request changes to their decoration package or design. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests subject to availability, venue restrictions, materials and time.

Last-minute changes may not always be possible and may result in additional charges.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests should be communicated to J.B.S Wedding Decor as soon as possible.

Refunds and cancellation terms may depend on the date of cancellation, work already completed, materials purchased, third-party services and preparation costs.

Payments used for non-refundable materials, custom items or third-party services may not be refundable.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may request to change their event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new date, venue and required materials.

Additional charges may apply when a booking is rescheduled.

9. Venue Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and ensuring reasonable access to the venue for our team.

Clients should inform us in advance about venue restrictions relating to decoration, lighting, hanging items, furniture, candles and installation.

10. Decoration & Material Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the decoration shown in the approved design or quotation.

Flowers, decorative materials, furniture, fabrics or other items may become unavailable due to seasonal availability, supplier issues or transportation problems.

If necessary, an unavailable item may be replaced with an item of similar quality and value while maintaining the overall design.

11. Event Day Setup

Our team will make reasonable efforts to complete the setup within the agreed timeframe.

Setup times may depend on venue access, event schedules, traffic, deliveries, venue restrictions and other circumstances outside our control.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event and venue information.
• Provide the correct event date and time.
• Inform us about venue restrictions.
• Provide reasonable access to the venue.
• Make payments on time.
• Approve designs and quotations within the required timeframe.
• Inform us about special requirements in advance.

13. Damage to Decoration or Property

The client may be responsible for damage, loss or destruction of decoration items caused by the client, guests, venue staff or other persons under the client’s responsibility.

14. Photography & Portfolio

With the client’s permission, J.B.S Wedding Decor may photograph or record completed decoration setups for our portfolio, website, social media and promotional materials.

Clients who do not wish their event or decoration to be used for promotional purposes should inform us before the event.

15. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information and promotional purposes.

Photographs, designs, colours, layouts, prices, services and availability may change without prior notice.

16. Intellectual Property

All original website content, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, written content and branding belonging to J.B.S Wedding Decor are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
